Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026 · Beta
Summary
Next Level Kids is in beta. Today, most of your activity (goals, missions, check-ins, rewards) is stored locally on your device. Account information (email, display name, role) is stored in our secure cloud backend so you can sign in across devices. Cloud sync for activity data ships in a future update; this policy will be updated when that happens.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, avatar (if you sign in with Google).
- Authentication: sign-in timestamps, session tokens, OAuth provider IDs.
- Local app data: goals, missions, journal entries, points, streaks — stored in your browser, not on our servers (beta).
- Diagnostics: anonymized error reports to help us fix bugs.
How we use it
- To let you sign in and keep your account secure.
- To operate, debug, and improve the app.
- To communicate important account or service updates.
We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party ads.
Children's privacy
Next Level Kids is designed for use under a parent or coach account. See our COPPA notice for how we treat data about children under 13.
Your rights
You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@nextlevelkids.app. Local app data can be cleared from your browser settings or from the in-app reset option.
