Built for parent-supervised use
Next Level Kids is designed to be used by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or coach. Accounts are created and managed by adults. Children do not sign up directly.
What we collect about a child
During beta, a child's activity (goals, missions, journal entries, points, streaks) is stored only on the device where it was entered. We do not upload it to our servers, and we do not require a child's name, email, photo, location, or contact details to use the app.
The only data tied to a real identity is the parent or coach account (email, optional display name).
When cloud sync ships
Before activity data is ever uploaded to our servers, we will:
- Request verifiable parental consent for any child profile under 13.
- Limit stored data to what's needed for the child's goals and progress.
- Give parents a one-click export and one-click delete for their child's record.
- Update this notice and email account holders before the change takes effect.
No advertising, no third-party tracking
We do not show ads to children. We do not sell or share children's data. We do not embed third-party advertising or behavioural tracking pixels.
Parent controls
Parents and guardians can review, export, or delete any data tied to their account at any time by emailing privacy@nextlevelkids.app.
